I don't think they should make it illegal because most people who are expert users of xp just avoid Vista anyways and policing the situation is just going to cut more into productivity. Once Windows 7 releases this summer, maybe they can upgrade to those things. However, if a government agency is holding sensitive data, then there is no need to upgrade to any other OS anytime in the near future.

It was 25 years ago when we lost this legend/inspiration. I always listen to Marvin all year round anyways. So one of the least things you can do is just buy some of his music and feel the soul behind it. The other thing you can do is right after you listen to it, go and do something to better this world. If you listen to the what's going on LP, that was the whole message. The weird thing about all the songs on that album is that they are relevant in today's world. Go make change. Do it for Marvin.
